Standard Betapure PK series cartridges are grooved to significantly increase the surface area and extend service life.

Betapure™ CMP series filter capsules are high capacity depth filters optimized for oxide and metal slurries used in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) applications. Betapure CMP series filters are composed of all polypropylene components and feature a multi-zone "graded porosity" design for the optimum level of particle classification.

Betapure™ NT-T Series filter cartridges are depth filters with an all polypropylene construction. The design utilizes flow enhancing filter media and an innovative flow pattern. The result is an absolute-rated filter with vastly superior on-stream life that provides more cost effective filtration than conventional melt-blown filter technologies.

Betapure™ AU series filter cartridges and capsules set the standard for filtration performance. Offering more grades with absolute reduction ratings than competitive filters, the controlled pore size of the Betapure AU series filter matrix allow for absolute distinction between cartridge grades to provide the most accurate and consistent filtration.
